Optiflow ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Nitansh Business Automations (Nitansh Business Automations). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our WhatsApp-based order management platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to process and manage orders:

• Business contact information: Phone numbers, business names, and contact names of opticians and distributors
• Order details: Customer names, prescription data (SPH, CYL, Axis, ADD power), lens type, coating, brand, and quantity
• WhatsApp message metadata: Message IDs, timestamps, and phone number IDs for order processing
• Webhook logs: Incoming message payloads for debugging and order tracking

2. How We Use Your Information

• Processing and forwarding prescription lens orders from opticians to vendors
• Sending order confirmations and status updates via WhatsApp
• Generating daily order reports for distributors
• Maintaining order history and optician records
• Debugging and improving our service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (cloud database provider). All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process orders (e.g., forwarding order details to the designated vendor).

4. WhatsApp Data

We access WhatsApp Business Platform through Meta's Cloud API. We only process messages that are directly related to order management. We do not read, store, or process personal conversations. Each distributor maintains ownership of their WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).

5. Data Retention

Order records and associated data are retained indefinitely to support business reporting and order history. Webhook logs are retained for debugging purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Request access to your stored data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
