These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Optiflow, a WhatsApp-based order management platform operated by Nitansh Business Automations (Nitansh Business Automations).

1. Service Description

Optiflow provides automated order processing for optical lens distributors. The service receives prescription orders from opticians via WhatsApp or web forms, forwards them to the appropriate vendor, and provides order tracking and reporting.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business and order information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and dashboard PIN
• You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose

3. Order Processing

Optiflow forwards orders as received. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prescription data entered by opticians. Distributors and vendors are responsible for verifying order details before fulfillment.

4. WhatsApp Integration

By using Optiflow, you authorize us to send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of your business through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Each distributor retains ownership of their WhatsApp Business Account.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party platforms including Meta (WhatsApp) and cloud hosting providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Optiflow is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from order errors, service interruptions, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
